Refund policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase! Our pieces are intended to bring you joy for as long as you own them, and become treasured heirlooms passed down for generations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, reach out to us as soon as possible to discuss options.

All non-custom items may be exchanged, or you can receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. All sales are final after the 7th business day from date of purchase.

Please email us at info@tuggledesigns.com to start a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned in the original packaging. Items will be inspected and only returned for store credit or exchange upon verification of the authenticity and condition of the returned item.

Custom items are non-refundable.
